Fall is here! It's officially Fall in Logan and I- I mean WE- are loving it. We try to be outside as much as possible and I love having to wear a jacket on campus. We have been visiting the Maughans' in Ogden and awaiting the new arrival of Pitt and Becky's baby. School has midterms approaching and Duke will begin at Beaver in the next few weeks. He splits his time between school and working tracks at Peterson Equipment. I'm very excited for Halloween but this year don't really get to decorate. We are moving to a new town home on November 1st and are very excited about it. It's amazing how much space skis, golf clubs and all our camping stuff takes up. Life is moving along, and here's some of the events we have been doing the last few weeks
Our Blair bear turned One (!) and we got to celebrate with her and her killer cake...

One Sunday we decided to take a drive up to Beaver and see how the ol' place was doing. It was beautiful, and we were itching with excitement imagining snow on the Face.

This picture is super cool. You are welcome backcountry.

We are trying to support our school this year since we spend $65 a semester for our football team whether we like it or not. We enjoy going to the football games and especailly the hockey games. Our good friends Kyle and Sarah are our sports buddies. At the game today Sarah and I left at halftime to look in recipe books at her house-- a year ago I would have been looking at People magazine. Yep, that's what marriage does to you.

My latest project is this cool chandelier picture. I got the window pannel from Nan and found this cool piece of art. It's going to look great in our new apartment! (My next project is a quilt I am really excited to begin sowing. It helps when your mother-in-law is so willing to share her sowing machine)

And speaking of new apartment, we have slowly started packing up our stuff. It's stressful but after going through a few cabinets in the kitchen I hadn't looked in in a year, it was like Christmas! We found so many things we had forgotten we had. It was a laugh.

So anyway, that's what's been going on in the Screwy Life of a Grewe. Hope all is well with our friends and family. And with Halloween approaching...
Happy Haunting!
